  Ordered a coffee table 12/16/17. Website indicated it was at store ready for pick up, it wasn't. I received an email that it would arrive 12/22/17. Again it wasn't at the store for pickup. The store manager told me it would be delivered 12/29/2017. Still wasn't delivered. Called 1/5/17 and the coffee table still wasn't at the store. I told them to cancel the order a requested a full refund. They told me I ordered online so I had to go to the website to get a refund. Logged into my online account but the only way to cancel an order or request a refund is through the "contact us" option. I emailed the store manager (Cindi). She said put in a request for refund. The item never left their "warehouse". A refund should be a simple request. Let's see what happens.

  Bought a sectional. The next day they called to say they didn't have the sectional and to come pick a new one. We didn't find one we liked and asked for a refund. The girl at the counter was rude, to the point of saying "That's a lot of money to refund". They didn't even apologize. Thank God we didn't get rid of our old set!! Extremely dissatisfied.
